Job Title:Bookkeeper (Full-Time)
Location: Coventry, UK
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Experience –2 years – 4 years
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team inCoventry. This is a full-time role supporting both UK and US entities, idealfor someone comfortable working across multiple sets of books and within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financialrecords for both UK and US companies
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
* Prepare and submit UK VAT returns and support US sales tax processes
* Manage payroll and employee expenses where required
* Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
* Work within our CRM and accounting system (Odoo) to manage financial data
* Liaise with external accountants in both the UK and US
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar finance role
* Experience using Odoo is preferred, or ability to learn quickly
* Strong understanding of UK bookkeeping and VAT
* Exposure to US accounting practices is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
