Scotholme Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional School Business Manager to join our dedicated leadership team and play a pivotal role in the continued development of our vibrant and inclusive school community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking professional to lead and manage the operational functions of the school, ensuring that our children and staff have the very best environment in which to thrive.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust, Headteacher and senior leaders to provide strategic leadership across:
•Finance and budget management
•Human resources and safer recruitment
•Premises and health & safety
•Compliance and risk management
•Administration and operational systems
•Procurement and contract management
•Strategic planning and school improvement
You will be instrumental in ensuring that operational systems support high-quality teaching, learning and safeguarding across the school.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
•Has financial and operational management experience
•Is highly organised, proactive and solution-focused
•Can lead and manage teams effectively
•Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Understands the importance of safeguarding and compliance
•Can work strategically whilst managing day-to-day operational priorities
•Is committed to inclusion, teamwork and continuous improvement
•Has the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within a school or educational setting is desirable.
