Motor Claims Technical Specialist
Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler:
* Proactively manage your own caseload of cases from notification through to settlement, covering a spectrum of experience including excess of loss, liability etc.
* Communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, and Clients alike
* Provide accurate updates on the process of their claim
* Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information, and making informative decisions within authority levels
* Experience managing Motor Claims
* Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work on your own initiative
