Overview
We are seeking multiple proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineers to support the Engineering Team in delivering a robust maintenance program across our pet food production facility. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Perform daily planned, predictive, and condition-based maintenance on production equipment.
* Provide rapid response to breakdowns and support production teams to minimize downtime.
* Assist with project work, improvement initiatives, and contractor management.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and site standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety incidents.
* Support training and development of self and others within the team.
* Promote efficient use of engineering stores and control maintenance costs.
* Collaborate closely with production teams to drive performance and reliability.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and technical documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Must have both Mechanical and Electrical experience level 3 (Apprentice trained or relevant engineering qualifications).

Employment Details
Permanent full-time role only.
4 on 4 off shift pattern – 12 hour shifts (Days and Nights required).
Rotating shift patterns:
4 Days 0600 - 1800
4 off
4 Nights 1800 - 0600
Compensation
£45,000 per year salary (£20.55 p/h).
