We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Site Manager to drive operational excellence across a large-scale, highly automated warehouse and distribution operation.
This isn't a role for someone who sits in a meeting room talking about Lean. This is for someone who gets out onto the warehouse floor, understands the operation, works alongside managers and team leaders, and delivers improvements that genuinely move the needle.
You’ll be working within a busy palletised logistics and distribution environment where automation, throughput, productivity and customer service are critical. The operation handles significant volumes daily, so every improvement you make will have a visible impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying inefficiencies across warehouse, inventory, inbound and outbound operations
* Leading Lean and Continuous Improvement projects from concept through to implementation
* Analysing operational data, KPIs and performance trends to uncover opportunities
* Working closely with Warehouse Managers, Shift Managers and operational teams to embed best practice
* Facilitating workshops, coaching sessions and CI training across the site
* Standardising processes and ensuring operational consistency
* Driving productivity, quality, service and cost improvements
* Supporting automation optimisation and operational process design
* Developing SOPs, process maps and sustainable working practices
* Building a culture where continuous improvement becomes part of everyday operations rather than a once-a-year project
What We're Looking For
* Proven Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean or Six Sigma experience
* Background within warehouse, logistics, distribution, 3PL, fulfilment or supply chain operations
* Experience working within highly automated warehouse environments
* Strong understanding of palletised warehouse operations
* Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical operational improvements
* Experience leading cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Strong project management and change management capabilityLean, Six Sigma Green Belt or similar CI qualifications would be highly advantageous
