Sales Negotiator / Senior / Associate
Location: Islington
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 with uncapped earning potential through our highly lucrative commission structure
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will benefit from either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute
Responsibilities
* Operate at the forefront of one of London’s most desirable property markets, delivering a refined, consultative service to a discerning client base.
* Drive high-value transactions, ensuring a seamless and premium experience at every stage.
* Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, offering a tailored, insight-led approach that reflects individual aspirations and investment goals.
* Conduct high-quality property viewings, presenting homes with confidence, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of their unique selling points.
* Lead negotiations with professionalism and commercial awareness, securing optimal outcomes while enhancing client trust.
* Take ownership of the transaction process from offer acceptance through to completion, proactively managing all parties to maintain momentum.
* Deliver a consistently high level of service through clear communication, strategic advice, and a focus on long-term client relationships.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, using insight and data to position properties effectively and advise clients with authority.
* Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all activity aligns with regulatory and company requirements.
* Manage all associated administration with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.

* Valid Driving Licence – Essential for conducting property viewings.

* Experience – Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential sales or lettings, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
