Validation Specialist – Customer Team
Hybrid Working | £28,000 – £32,000 DOE | London Bridge
We’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join our Customer Care team and support our continued growth.
This role involves conducting detailed validation checks, helping prevent fraud, and ensuring accuracy across customer documentation. You’ll work closely with both Customer Care and Underwriting, focusing on complex validations that require sound judgement and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Validate documents and policies, ensuring data accuracy
* Use tools to detect and escalate potential fraud
* Handle customer enquiries and calls during the validation process
* Record outcomes precisely and in line with procedures
* Collaborate with teams to maintain compliance and service standards
* Identify trends and suggest process improvements
* Occasionally support Customer Fulfilment (phone, email, live chat)
* Assist colleagues with validation-related queries
About You
* Experience in customer service or validation within a regulated setting (insurance a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
* Familiarity with document handling and validation tools
* Confident using digital platforms
* Clear communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in fraud or compliance desirable
