As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in our Brighton office you will have a key role in managing retention and growing client relationships. You will be working as part of the delivery team taking a hands-on approach and communicating internally and externally, for managing strategic conversations, planning and facilitating the onboarding of new customers. After onboarding you will be responding to their user needs, having a strategic mindset for customer growth efficiency and keeping them informed about more advanced functions and features over time. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success where your main KPI will be measured on the NRR.

* You have extensive marketing and/or automotive experience
Your QUALIFICATIONS
* You are a great listener and communicator with customer satisfaction as a top priority
* You can conduct complex contract discussions
* You have previous experience managing client accounts
* You can communicate and negotiate fluently with C-level people in English and Italian(preferably also know an additional European language)
* You have a marketing and/or automotive background with at least 4 years working experience in a similar, customer-facing role, for example as an account manager or agency environment.
* You have hands-on marketing experience with managing larger digital marketing budgets (preferably Google, Facebook and/or AMS certified)
* Technical and analytics experience in running complex reporting and strategic conversations
* Experience from a SaaS products industry is an advantage
* Knowledge and experience with the automotive industry is an advantage.
After thorough introduction and training, you will be working closely with the Head of Customer Success and wider Phyron team as part of a close-knit team, ensuring excellent customer performance, satisfaction, and growth. It is important to highlight that the role requires a minimum of 25% traveling, and owning a car is an advantage.
