Supply Teachers – Southampton Area Start date: March 2026 We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Southampton and the surrounding areas. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2). Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom effectively. Strong behaviour management skills. A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach. A clear understanding of safeguarding and school policies. Your Role in the Classroom: Delivering engaging lessons in line with school expectations and lesson plans. Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour effectively. Ensuring pupils remain on task and supported throughout the day.
