As Delivery Lead, you will play a key role within the Research & Innovation function, fostering a high-performing delivery environment and enabling teams to successfully deliver impactful products and services. Joining at a critical point in the transformation, you will have the opportunity to shape delivery practices and contribute directly to organisational strategy. You will also deputise for the Heads of Delivery, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making at senior levels. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities.
