Job Duties
The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering educational programmes, provide one-on-one assistance to students, assist with classroom management, help with lesson preparation, and contribute to the overall learning environment.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions
The Teaching Assistant will work in a classroom setting within a school in Darwen, following the school's schedule and term dates. The role may involve some physical activity and interaction with students on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
