We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing issues and executing repairs efficiently. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair faults in various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop environment.
Experience
Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is essential.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to automotive repair.
Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
A valid driving licence is required
