1. The Role:
* Provide expert advice on building regulations across a variety of projects, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Collaborate closely with architects, developers, engineers, and clients from the early design stages, offering proactive input.
* Help shape how the team delivers services, streamlining processes and improving outcomes for your clients.
* Work remotely, with the option for occasional office visits depending on location and project needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Building Control or Building Regulations (e.g., Registered Building Inspector or similar).
* Passion for consultancy and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a larger team vision.
