We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead a high-quality residential and nursing care home (private healthcare) in Glossop, Derbyshire. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver exceptional elderly care and maintain compliance with CQC standards.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring service delivery is person-centred and aligns with company values.
* Support staff development through coaching, training, and effective leadership.
* Maintain high levels of care quality and safety across all aspects of residential care.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and build strong relationships with CQC inspectors.
Requirements:
* Valid registration with NMC or Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
* Proven leadership experience within residential or nursing care settings.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
Pay & Benefits:
* Salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
