Overview
We are expanding our HR team and are looking for a new HR Advisor to join our team. Working with the rest of the team you will provide a comprehensive HR advisory/administration service across multiple academies in the trust, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
* Supporting headteachers with recruitment
* Leading the onboarding process
* Managing the monthly payroll process
* Maintaining the HR database
* Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues
* Assisting with any other HR project work as required
Requirements
* Have strong administrative experience
* Be able to multitask, prioritise and organise your own workload
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be flexible and a team player
* Be able to manage a diverse and often heavy workload
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidentiality
Experience of working in a HR role would be a great advantage.
Additional Information
We offer hybrid working and you will be expected to visit the academies you support on a regular basis. Full details of the post can be found in the Job Description.
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday (rising to 31) and 8 bank holidays per year.
