To be successful in this SEN Teacher role, it is desirable that you: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Have previous experience teaching children or young people with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD. Demonstrate a sound understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and effective teaching strategies for diverse learning needs. Possess strong behaviour management skills and a calm, adaptable approach to teaching. Are confident in working 1:1 and with small groups.
