The Senior HRBP Mission
Youll be the trusted advisor to leadership teams across Europe, helping shape a high-performance culture.
* Developing and delivering people strategies aligned to business goals
* Partnering with leaders to navigate complex change, restructures, and transformation
* Leading talent planning, workforce optimisation, and succession strategy
* Using data and insights to solve problems, improve performance, and drive engagement
* Working across jurisdictions especially in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Germany
* Advising on employee relations, reward, and organisational design in a global context
* Coaching and enabling People Leaders to lead confidently and compliantly
* Championing innovation and progressive HR practices including AI, automation, and DEI
What Youll Bring
* Proven HR leadership experience ideally in fast-paced, global or fintech environments
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
* Sound knowledge of employment law in the UK and at least one European country
* High emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management skills
* CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
* Project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
* Language skills (French, German, Italian or Dutch) a bonus
