The HR Business Partner is an opportunity to join a large automotive retail group where you'll influence the people agenda across a diverse range of corporate functions, partnering with leaders to drive engagement, support organisational change, and deliver commercially focused people solutions that make a genuine impact. Primarily based in Solihull with some travel to other sites, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and the HR Director, helping to shape high-performing teams, navigate complex people challenges, and support the continued success of a fast-paced and evolving business.

Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
* Partner with leaders across corporate functions to provide practical and commercially focused people support
* Manage a broad range of employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently
* Support performance management, succession planning and development initiatives across supported areas
* Assist with organisational change programmes, restructures and workforce planning activities
* Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives that support business performance
* Use people data and insights to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for in a HR Business Partner
* Previous experience within a Business Partnering, Senior HR Advisory or comparable generalist people role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting senior stakeholders
* Experience supporting corporate, central services or operational business functions within a commercial environment
* CIPD qualified or currently working towards a recognised qualification is desirable
