About the role

As a College Residential Support Worker, you'll work with our young people in the evenings and early mornings, supporting them with daily routines, health needs, social activities, and community access.

* Is flexible, compassionate and eager to learn
* Has transferable skills from sectors like care, education, retail, hospitality or support
* Is committed to helping others grow, explore and reach their goals
