We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Age Care Bathrooms)
At Age Care, we’re on a mission to become the UK’s most trusted name for safer, more accessible living as we get older.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us build strong partnerships with professionals who share our vision — from Occupational Therapists and Care Providers to Assisted Living Communities, Housing Associations, and Charities supporting older adults.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and nurture relationships with OTs, case managers, care home groups, and other referral partners.
* Represent Age Care at industry events, care exhibitions, and networking days – becoming the friendly, knowledgeable face of our brand.
* Identify and open doors with assisted living schemes, local authorities, and housing providers across the UK.
* Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to design and launch a Partnership & Referral Platform – creating a structured way for professionals to connect their clients with Age Care’s trusted services.
* Build a network of professional advocates who value quality, safety, and integrity as much as we do.
* Keep your ear to the ground – spotting new ways Age Care can support professionals helping people live safely and independently at home.
About You
You’re a confident communicator who thrives on meeting people and building lasting relationships.
You’ll likely have experience in business development, healthcare partnerships, or the social care sector, and understand the value of a trusted, ethical approach.
* Proven experience in a BDM or relationship-based sales role.
* Excellent people skills and professional presentation.
* Comfortable attending events, conferences, and networking functions.
* Strategic mindset – able to shape partnership and referral programmes that deliver measurable results.
* Passionate about helping older adults live safely and independently.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.
* Company vehicle and travel expenses.
* Opportunity to represent one of the UK’s fastest-growing names in home adaptations.
* Supportive team culture with a strong sense of purpose.
* The freedom to help shape a national Age Care Partnership Platform from the ground up.
If you’re ready to represent a brand that genuinely makes a difference every day — and help build the partnership network that drives it forward — I'd love to hear from you.
