Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and procuring new customers to meet revenue growth targets. This is a new, challenging and rewarding role and will see the chosen individual join our nationwide sales team.
Key requirements of this role will include:
* Identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business through research and analysis of the industry – key market focus on the legal (solicitors), insurance (insurers / brokers) and injury claims management markets, with particular focus on complex/serious injury claims.
* Building and maintaining prospect lists in line with individual targets.
* Researching and identifying new and emerging business opportunities in the market.
* Personalising and developing our service offering to suit the needs of the customer.
* Ownership of new business tenders.
* An ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and clear understanding of needs.
* Meeting potential accounts nationwide.
* achieve growth and hit independent targets for new business.
* due diligence to ensure all customers hold relevant registrations and accreditations.
* across several platforms to maintain system databases and reporting.

Personal Specification:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth and previous experience in the legal and personal injury sector.
* Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercially astute.
* Demonstrable experience of working with reporting platforms e.g. Microsoft Excel and case management systems, specifically CRM systems such as Pipeliner or Zoho and the creation and management of bespoke reporting suites.
* Highly motivated, organised, and proactive.
* Ability to make judgement-based decisions and prioritise workload.
* A keen attitude towards learning new and developing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
* An enthusiastic team player, keen to work closely with our customers and internally with other departments.
* Full driving licence.
Package:
* Salary is negotiable depending on experience
