* Manage a team supporting employees' maintenance of financial interests to monitor compliance with Personal Independence requirements.
* Support management and liaise with stakeholders regarding the Global Independence Monitoring System.
* Ensure timely workflow completion to meet team goals and reporting deadlines.
* Understand the Global Independence Monitoring System and its interdependencies.
* Build a solid understanding of Personal Independence rules.
* Manage team workflow, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
* Support development and performance of team members, applying consistent performance rating tools.
* Conduct quality reviews within the team and provide feedback for growth.
* Maintain prompt communication with internal and external parties, reporting exceptional matters to Senior Management.
* Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
* Manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture that recognizes contributions.
