The role: - Review product labels and information to ensure regulatory compliance - Assess packaging artwork and product specifications for accuracy - Ensure products meet German and international food regulations - Provide regulatory guidance to clients and suppliers - Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions - Manage multiple projects while delivering work within deadlines - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food legislation and industry requirements The candidate: - Degree-level qualification in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) - At least 2 years experience in a technical, regulatory, or compliance-related role - Strong knowledge of food law, labelling regulations, and industry guidelines - Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken - Experience working independently and managing workload effectively - Ability to interpret regulations and apply them accurately to product information The salary: between around £60,000 and £70,000 per annum depending on experience French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
