ManpowerGroup are working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Bradford, dedicated to delivering high-quality services and solutions. A brand-new role as a Compliance and Process Coordinator is being recruited to support and enhance operational processes.
The Role
As the Compliance Coordinator, you will act as the central point for compliance tracking, SLA monitoring, and performance alerts. You will be responsible for keeping every job on schedule, escalating risks early, and ensuring that records are audit-ready and 100% accurate. You may also provide occasional cover and support to the wider Customer Service Centre (CSC) team to maintain service continuity during busy periods or staff absences. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and accountability and who wants to grow with the position as it evolves.

* Hours: 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00; approx £32,000 per annum
* Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
* Hourly Rate: £12.85 - £13.85 P/H (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Support compliance across all business functions, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
* Maintain and update compliance logs, documentation, and records.
* Create, manage, and analyse reports using Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
* Monitor KPIs and compliance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Assist with audits and the implementation of audit recommendations.
* Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key processes.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure procedures are followed and improved where necessary.
* Coordinate training and communication around compliance updates or changes.
* Lead or support small-scale projects focused on process improvement or compliance enhancement.
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
* Experience building controlled spreadsheets with validations, protections, and checks.
* Comfortable working with job management software (Joblogic or similar).
* Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.
* Strong communicator.
* Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset.
* Previous experience in a compliance, coordination, or SLA-driven admin role is highly desirable.
* Power Query or VBA experience is a bonus.
