What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a very independent setting. This role is ideal for applicants that value promoting independence. Your duties may include: Providing compassionate personal care - Assisting with dressing, mobility, and daily tasks. Providing support - Assisting with light support and prompting with daily living tasks. Encouraging independence - Supporting service users to engage in physical and social activities. Promoting well-being - Helping clients stay active through mobility support and engaging activities. Ensuring a safe environment - Following care plans and maintaining a high standard of care. What We're Looking For: Experience - 6 months of paid UK care experience within the past 3 years. Registration - If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you'll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration ( not required in England ).
