We’re looking for a Test Manager to lead and evolve our testing capability across a diverse and fast-paced portfolio of projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our digital products and services meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. As a Test Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining and executing test strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and embedding best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT and the wider business, championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. With a strong focus on mobile device testing and automation, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. What will I be doing? Define and implement a tailored testing strategy aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring quality and consistency across all projects. Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple systems and delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Manage internal and external testing teams, including offshore and vendor resources, to deliver high-quality outcomes. Drive the adoption and execution of test automation frameworks and tools, particularly for mobile device testing. Provide clear and actionable test reporting and metrics to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with testing standards, timelines, and budgets while fostering a culture of quality and accountability. What do I need? Proven experience in test management across diverse delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong background in mobile device testing and test automation. Experience with line managing onshore teams as well as working with third-party vendors & offshore individuals. Proficient in tools such as Jira for test and defect management. Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, or DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A hands-on approach and a passion for quality. Qualifications ISTQB Foundation certification required. ISTQB Test Management certification is desirable.
