Interim HR Business Partner (Part-Time) Location: Huntingdon (Hybrid)
Contract: 2-4 days per week | Up to 2 months
Start: ASAP – Urgent Requirement
We're urgently seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support our client's UK & Ireland operations on a part-time basis (2-4 days per week) for up to 2 months.
This is a hands-on, standalone role working closely with local managers and the wider Northern European People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will bring solid generalist HR experience, and some payroll knowledge would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR support across the UK & Ireland
Advise on employee relations and general HR matters
Support ongoing people initiatives and HR processes
Assist with payroll coordination and queries
Maintain continuity of service and engagement during a transition
What We're Looking For: Available immediately
Strong HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or SME environment
Familiarity with UK & Ireland employment law
Confident, proactive, and organised
Payroll experience or knowledge preferred
