Position: Multi Skilled Engineering Technician (Blow Moulding Department)
Location: Bellshill
Contract: Permanent, 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights: 7-7)
As a Multi Skilled Engineering Technician, your mission is to deliver high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance across our blow moulding site. You’ll actively identify root causes and swiftly bring equipment back into service while seeking cost-effective improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become conversant with all Electrical, Pneumatic, and Mechanical drawings.
* Utilize basic automation skills for fault finding and remediation, alongside strong electrical and mechanical skills for diagnosis and replacement.
* Diligently complete all maintenance tasks, including PM, CBM, CI, and corrective actions. Contribute to FMEA activities as needed.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance site operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Completion of a recognized apprenticeship.
* HNC in Electrical preferred, with Mechanical qualifications or competencies.
* Experience with automation, CI tools, and techniques is advantageous.
* Proven experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
* ONC/HNC qualifications.
* IOSHH/Nebosh certification is desirable.
Note: This is a 4 on 4 off shift role, rotating between days and nights (2 Days, 2 Nights).
