Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
The Opportunity
Are you a skilled conveyancer ready to join a thriving, forward-thinking legal practice? We are looking for an experienced fee earner to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience and wants to be part of a firm that genuinely values its people.
The Role
You will run your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, handling matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and equity transfers
* New build purchases and shared ownership
* Buy-to-let transactions
* Help to Buy and government scheme transactions
You will be supported by a dedicated team and benefit from modern case management systems, allowing you to focus on what you do best — looking after your clients.
About You
We welcome applications from qualified professionals with one of the following:
* FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer, although we are happy to consider experienced candidates without legal qualifications.
You will have a proven track record running your own residential conveyancing caseload and a genuine commitment to client care. You'll be organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
