Later this year, Greenways Care Home will open its doors in Anniesland, Glasgow a brand-new, purpose-built, 58-bed luxury care home designed to provide exceptional care for older adults living with frailty, dementia, and end-of-life needs.
As our Founding Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting journey.

About the Region You’ll Join 9 care homes, 600 beds All graded 4 or above by the Care Inspectorate Only 2% of total hours covered by agency staff Supported by a commissioning team with a proven track record, including Mearns View Care Home and Boclair Care Home Your Role As Commissioning Home Manager, you will: Lead the home from pre-opening through to full occupancy Build, inspire, and develop a values-led team Deliver a targeted local marketing strategy to attract residents, with a focus on private admissions Manage budgets with commercial awareness and efficiency Ensure full regulatory compliance and robust governance systems Embed our five core values: Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, Inclusivity What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience as a successful Home Manager NMC registration (RGN or RMN) desirable but not essential Strong commercial skills with a track record of growing occupancy A passion for delivering exceptional care and inspiring others to do the same Excellent compliance knowledge and a collaborative leadership style Shape a Legacy at Greenways Care Home If you’re ambitious, visionary, and ready to lead with integrity, this is your moment to create something truly special in Glasgow.
