Salary: £30,000 Per Annum (Plus Bonus)
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Working pattern: Monday – Friday, Office based

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Lettings Negotiator with solid lettings experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder who can confidently manage the full lettings cycle within a fast-paced, competitive student lettings environment.
Key responsibilities:
5. Manage incoming tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties
6. Handle all aspects of applicant management from initial contact through to move-in
7. Conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner
8. Oversee the full application process, ensuring all documents and checks are completed accurately and promptly
9. Gather and record feedback from viewings and applications
10. Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams
11. Maintain excellent knowledge of the student lettings market and local Sheffield area
12. Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business success
The successful candidate:
13. Proven experience in lettings (minimum solid experience; student lettings highly advantageous)
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries
15. Proactive, energetic, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
16. Excellent communication and customer service skills
17. Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to achieve results
18. Ability to multitask and prioritise
19. Driving license preferred
