Linear are working alongside an estblished Modular contractor looking to hire a Operations Manager. Overseeing the Project Managers and purchasing team. Duties include: * Ensure regular meetings are held with direct reports and that direction, motivation, and enthusiasm are maintained, bringing any issues to the attention of the COO. * Develop team objectives, monitor and evaluate for direct reports. * Ensure team knowledge, competence and compliance with company systems and processes. * Review of company systems and process and recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
