We are looking for a candidate who wants real stretch and development in their everyday roles.
You will have a key role to play in the smooth running of the Recruitment and Workforce Planning team within the Operational Capabilities Command (OCC) and Enforcement Compliance and Crime (ECC) command. You will be required to manage a wide range of tasks that are often urgent, complex and sensitive. You must therefore be able to build a sound, high level knowledge of recruitment and workforce planning principles.
Person specification
We are looking for an individual to confidently join a team to assist the Recruitment and Workforce Planning team.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with all recruitment aspects for ECC, including management of various recruitment campaigns and updating of recruitment trackers.
2. Arranging health checks for new joiners into ECC operational teams and facilitating the health checks in various locations.
3. Sharing management of the team inboxes, responding to campaign queries, cascading e-mails and collating responses as required.
4. Managing of the wide uniform order and stock management.
5. Supporting with the management of outreach events and attendance.
6. Drafting and uploading of job adverts onto appropriate systems.
7. Supporting recruitment managers within the team, offering resilience through the team.
8. Supporting delivery of key objectives (including arranging interviews in person/virtual, car parking management and approval of timesheets/expenses).
9. Travelling across the UK may occasionally be required.
10. Managing staff may be required.
Essential Criteria
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
