The A/C Service Operative role:
What you will bring as a (Trade):
Parr FM has an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join our company as an experienced HVAC Service Engineer.
Ideal candidates will have experience and knowledge in air conditioning systems covering VRF, Splits, Chillers, Refrigeration equipment and Air Handling Units. The candidate must be a good communicator, presentable and confident in their ability. Must be able to work on their own but also as part of a larger team when needed.
The role will be based around London area servicing current and future maintenance contracts and service works. On occasion, travel may be required.
The ideal candidate must have a clean valid UK driving license (at least 1 year) and a current skill card. Basic knowledge of electrical testing and fault diagnosis of mains power and control circuits is preferred.

Experience:
* Air Conditioning Service Engineer: 3 years minimum (Required)
* Maintenance Engineer: 1 year minimum (Required)
Essential
* Valid CSCS / FGAS
* NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
* FGAS
* Valid driving licence
* Proven experience
* Excellent customer and communication skills
* Ability to identify and solve problems
* Wages negotiable depending on experience
