Dorset, BH21 1HR, This is a Full‑Time position working 35 hours per week, Saturday work would also be a required on a rota basis.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in generating sales across our full range of Retail Travel products, supporting our ever‑growing client base with expertly tailored travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales across the full range of Retail Travel products.
* Deliver a specialised, customer‑focused service designed around individual needs.
* Report to the Branch Manager and liaise with customers in branch and via telephone regarding queries and bookings.
* Meet branch and individual sales targets.
* Offer a high level of customer care and adhere to service standards.
* Contribute to team discussions and present new ideas to improve sales.
* Assist with arranging events, customer evenings and general office administration.
