B2B Internal Sales Executive - Oldbury | £28,000–£35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Bonus: Quarterly company-wide bonus (at client’s discretion)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated B2B Internal Sales Executive to join a growing sales team in Oldbury. You’ll manage existing client relationships, follow up on warm leads, and identify new business opportunities from a structured database.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and ambition to progress within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing and new business clients.

Engage with clients and follow up on warm leads.

Present and promote company products and services.

Collaborate with Sales and Quotation teams to meet client requirements.

Maintain accurate sales records and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements

Experience in sales, telesales, or a related field (B2B preferred).

Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.

Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
*
Knowledge of the electrical or cable management industry is advantageous.
