We are an independent contract caterer based in the heart of London, delivering top-tier hospitality to a prestigious client base. We're looking for a Sous Chef who can support our Head Chef across fine dining, hospitality events, canapés, a busy staff dining café, and an executive client lounge.
What You'll Bring Creative flair and the ambition to grow into an exceptional Sous Chef operating at the highest level.
Experience in contract catering or premium hospitality environments.
Confidence in delivering outstanding food—from refined plates to bold event menus.
Strong leadership skills: you'll support, mentor, and develop junior chefs.
A keen eye for detail, with high standards in both food quality and BOH diligence.
A positive, energetic personality with a genuine love for food.
The Role Monday to Friday, with 2–3 evening hospitality events per week.
Work closely with the Head Chef to lead all food operations across the site.
Help develop innovative menus and maintain consistency and excellence.
