Marketing Performance Analyst (Part-Time, 9-Month FTC)
Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to join their Customer Experience function on a part-time basis (23.5 hours per week) for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on analysing marketing performance, generating insights, and improving lead generation and conversion across multiple brands.
Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will help optimise marketing activity by analysing campaign performance, improving reporting frameworks, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement. The role plays a key part in ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable business impact through data-driven insights and personalisation strategies.
The working pattern is flexible, with options such as four shorter days per week or three consecutive days, preferably earlier or mid-week to support collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and interpret marketing performance data to generate actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
* Review reports from tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Power BI to identify trends and performance opportunities.
* Support marketing teams in improving lead generation and conversion strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-brand stakeholders to align reporting requirements and performance measurement approaches.
* Work with agencies to evaluate campaign performance and develop testing strategies to improve outcomes.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of cross-brand dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities such as email campaigns and digital advertising.
* Translate business questions into analytics solutions and meaningful insights for stakeholders.
* Support evolving reporting needs as marketing technology and advertising platforms change.
Requirements
* Experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or marketing data analysis.
* Ability to interpret data and provide clear optimisation recommendations.
* Proven experience with analytics tools, conversion funnels, and performance measurement frameworks.
* Working knowledge of Power BI (front-end reporting and dashboards).
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and analytical solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing activity drives measurable business results.
