Supply Primary Teacher – Penzance and West Cornwall

Do you enjoy teaching but want a role that offers more freedom and variety? Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teachers to support schools across Penzance and the wider West Cornwall area.
This role is perfect for teachers who would like the chance to experience different schools, teach across a range of year groups, and enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where they work. Whether you are an experienced classroom teacher or newly qualified, this opportunity gives you the chance to inspire pupils and make a difference without the extra responsibilities of a permanent role.
* Competitive daily pay between £120 and £140, depending on experience
* Flexible working – you decide which days you are available
* Placements in a variety of welcoming primary schools across West Cornwall
* Ongoing support and regular check-ins with a dedicated consultant
* Free training opportunities, including safeguarding and professional development
* Qualified Teacher Status and recent experience teaching primary-aged children
* Positive, adaptable and reliable teachers with excellent communication skills
* An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, or willingness to apply for one
* The right to work in the United Kingdom
* Two recent professional references
This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term or permanent opportunities. Safeguarding is a priority and all applicants will be required to complete the relevant checks in line with ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
