Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence on site?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our clients’ expanding Operations Team. This role supports the growing number of developments across the South East focusing on fast-paced, high-rise residential fit-out projects.
We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who lives west London area to manage installations from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering a high standard of customer service
* Upholding exceptional Health & Safety standards on site
* Ensuring sufficient subcontract labour is in place to meet project demands
* Maintaining high-quality installation standards
* Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
* Managing and resolving snagging
* Ensuring all installation teams hold the necessary certifications and qualifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in kitchen installations
* A confident communicator at all levels
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Professional and reliable presentation
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
