Solicitor – 3 Years PQE Our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its established Litigation and Recoveries practice. The team delivers a creditor-focused service, providing innovative and commercially driven approaches to the management and recovery of debt and asset portfolios. The role will involve acting on behalf of finance providers, banks, lenders and commercial organisations, managing the recovery of outstanding debts and assets and dealing with associated litigation matters. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in defended litigation, together with a solid background in consumer credit and asset finance.
