We’re partnering with a growing organisation who are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team! This is a key leadership role with full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, focused on driving growth and commercial performance.
What you'll be doing as Head of Marketing:
* Lead and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy
* Develop go-to-market plans for new products and initiatives
* Control over budget, KPIs, and ROI reporting
* Partner closely with commercial and product teams to align campaigns
* Drive acquisition, retention, and overall growth
* Ensure all activity is compliant and risk-aware
* Lead, develop, and scale the marketing team
Key Requirements:
* Marketing leader with strong experience of delivering commercial growth
* Background in regulated or complex environments
* Proven ability to drive acquisition, retention, and brand positioning in competitive markets
* Commercially focused, with a clear link between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
* Confident navigating change and translating complexity into clear messaging
* Comfortable influencing at senior level and working cross-functionally
* Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach
