This role offers the chance to build relationships with customers, showcase your sales skills, and introduce new customers to Travis Perkins.
As an Regional Sales Key Account Manager, you will be an essential part of the sales growth and support multiple branches in the area, contributing to the success of the largest builders’ merchants in the UK.

What will You be doing?
5. Ensuring a clear account management strategy is established and executed to maximise sales opportunities
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance business growth
7. Create and deliver innovative and measurable plans to improve the customer experience
8. Develop a proactive sales strategy with the relevant stakeholders and monitor using Key Performance Indicators
9. Engage and interact with the external and national sales teams to maximise sales efforts, and collaborate with all specialist businesses in the Group to support customer projects
What experience do you need?
10. Bring your passion for sales, customer service, initiative, energy and enthusiasm - knowledge of our industry and products is preferred however not essential.
11. Previous experience within merchanting would be advantageous, but if you’re new to our industry we’ll ensure you get what you need to excel in the role.
12. Customers are at the heart of this role so ideally you’ll be used to building strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders, perhaps in a previous field-based role.
13. You’ll be visiting customers, project sites and branches every day - there’s nothing more important than your safety whilst being out on the road so there’s one thing that you definitely need and that’s a full UK driving licence with over a year’s driving experience.
