Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Post Completions Specialist to join our team in our Wakefield office. The role involves processing post‑completion stages of transactions, including submitting applications to the Land Registry, managing communications with clients and third parties, and ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines. Additionally, the specialist will maintain accurate records, assist with administrative duties, and support the broader legal team as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Land Registry applications, submission processes, and relevant legal documentation.
* Attention to detail and accuracy for maintaining case records and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Proficiency in relevant legal IT systems and software.
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is highly desirable.
