Position: Employee Relations Advisor
Salary: £45,074 +4% salary increase from 1st April 2026
Location: Birmingham Business Park (B37), hybrid with approx. 2-3 days in the office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support managers to conduct thorough investigations into colleague grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
2. Provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
3. Maintain accurate records of investigations, meetings and outcomes in line with Citizen policies and legal requirements.
4. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to develop, review and implement employee relations policies and procedures aligned with best practice.
