Contract: Full time or part time – September 2025 start
Salary: £163 - £223 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to KS3 & KS4 pupils
* Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure positive outcomes
* Foster a love of literature, poetry, and language in the classroom
* Maintain discipline and encourage positive behaviour for learning
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for English
* Experience teaching English in secondary schools preferred
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A sense of humour and a spark of creativity
