MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Slough

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Slough. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a world-class team driving one of the UK’s most technically advanced construction programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation.
* Provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting.
* Support commercial strategy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Collaborate with project and design teams to identify value engineering opportunities.
* Report directly to the Commercial Manager / Project Director.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a commercial QS role.
* MEP experience
* Proven track record on large-scale construction or data centre projects (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract forms.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
