Responsibilities
* Support clients at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive as required – driving is essential for this role
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel to ensure high‑quality care for clients in the area
Required Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
* Eligibility for enhanced DBS check
