Job title: Employability Tutor
Location: College in Hull

Duration: February 13th in the first instance
Role Type: Part-time (Monday to Thursday)
Salary: £20-£26 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Join our team as an Employability Tutor at a reputable college in Hull. We are seeking a motivated individual to work with students who are not in employment, training, or education. The successful candidate will create a positive and motivational environment to help students achieve qualifications and pursue employment opportunities in the future. This is a part time, temporary position.
Key Duties:
Deliver engaging sessions to support students in developing employability skills.
Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students, including CV writing and interview preparation.
Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative employability programs.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
Liaise with external agencies and employers to arrange work placements and job opportunities.
Organise workshops and events to enhance students' employability prospects.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience working within schools in the UK.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
