LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER Location: Crawley Salary: Basic £32,000 £3,000 car allowance (Total basic £35,000) OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 Status: Urgent hire The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER to join a busy and successful Estate & Letting Agency in Crawley. Our client is looking for a driven and commercially minded lettings professional with a strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building relationships with landlords, and is motivated by results. You will play a key role in growing the lettings portfolio, representing the business within the local market, and converting valuation opportunities into new instructions. The Role As LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with landlords across the Crawley area. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, securing new instructions, and supporting the continued growth of the lettings department within a supportive and ambitious team environment. Key Responsibilities - Generating new business opportunities and winning high quality instructions - Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings properties - Listing and marketing properties on behalf of landlords - Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and local property owners - Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants - Working closely with the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets - Representing the business professionally within the local property market - Contributing to the continued growth and success of the lettings department About you To succeed in this role, you will be a confident and motivated lettings professional who enjoys business development and building relationships.
